The Journal's Editorial Policy
The Journal of the Jamestown Rediscovery Center
publishes articles that are original, relevant, rigorous,
informative, and scholarly. The text must relate to an
aspect of Jamestown archaeology. The author is
responsible for the content and accuracy of the article
as well as proper attribution of the references cited in
the submitted work. The author must also secure
permission to use materials protected by U.S. or
international copyright laws.
Text should follow the detailed
style guide published in
American Antiquity 57
(4): 749-770. The author's e-mail address (if available)
should be included immediately following the author's
mailing address at the bottom of the title page. Texts
may be returned for not conforming to appropriate style
provisions. Submissions must be in English.
